We launched GenEra Neuquén, a three-year program developed in partnership with Tecpetrol and the Province of Neuquén to strengthen technical secondary education. The initiative focuses on building human capital to meet the future workspace demands of the oil and gas industry. It covers 65% of all technical secondary institutions in Neuquén.

In collaboration with the NGO Cimientos, we awarded 35 university scholarships and 35 secondary school scholarships to promote educational opportunities for young people from vulnerable local communities.

As part of the "Strengthening the STEM Pathway for Young Women in Argentina" initiative, implemented with Enseña por Argentina and co-financed by the European Union, 349 teachers were trained nationwide, positively impacting more than 10,000 students.

Together with the organization TECHO, our volunteer team carried out the construction of emergency housing in the cities of Neuquén and Buenos Aires, with the goal of providing long-term sustainable solutions and improving living conditions for residents of informal settlements.

We sponsored the "Encouraging Sports" contest for the fifth consecutive year, in collaboration with Laureus Foundation, providing monetary sponsorships to 15 local high-performance athletes, 3 sports organizations in Río Negro Province and 7 sports organizations in Neuquén Province.

Together with the Espartanos Foundation, Vista employees delivered a soft skills workshop at the San Martín correctional facility for interns preparing their reintegration into the active workforce.

Together with RIL, we strengthened institutional capacities of local governments by supporting strategic planning processes and providing tools and methodologies to mayors and their executive teams in San Patricio del Chañar and Rincón de los Sauces, in Neuquén Province.
